The Senior Administrative Assistant supports the Executive Staff of Cancer Treatment Centers of America, providing clerical and administrative support. The role supports the Mission, Vision and Values of the organization. Within proper authority granted by Executives and the organization, the Senior Administrative Assistant makes decisions and may act on behalf of the Executives.
Responsible for the effective coordination and follow-through of the activities and commitments of various Executives by producing and managing projects and daily tasks assigned by the Executives.
Ensure proper communication on behalf of the Executives by answering calls, greeting and assisting any in-person guests.
Arrange meeting logistics and coordination, including catering and supplies.
Maintain address books and lists, including updating rosters.
Assist with annual calendar planning.
Occasionally coordinate travel plans by arranging for commercial flight travel, private flight travel, hotel reservations, rental cars and/or ground transportation as needed.
Complete expense reimbursement documentation when travel is completed and as documentation is provided.
Open, prioritize and distribute incoming mail and respond to outgoing mail in a timely fashion.
Prepare professional reports and presentations as needed, adhering to the brand standards set forth by the company.
Key Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Communication or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of “C” Suite support experience.
Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Advanced decision-making abilities.
