Job Description:

The Program Manager, Growth Strategy and Operations is responsible for developing and executing on strategies for new and growing patient acquisition opportunities, developing KPIs/KAIs for programs, and actively managing performance of involved channels.

This role will work across multiple growth channels to ensure collaboration/cooperation as well as efficient and effective deployment of resources for the organization. This role will also work with multiple different teams within the organization, including Payer Relations and OIS/Intake to ensure operational excellence of new growth programs.

Job Responsibilities

20%|Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research for potential partner insights and market dynamics
  • Evaluate opportunity size of relevant markets and highest priority targets within market

20%|Go to Market Strategy

  • Gather and utilize input about specific needs of potential partners and CTCA’s ability to meet those needs
  • Develop robust FY22 plan for addressing market opportunities

30%|Pipeline Tracking and Execution

  • Track activities of sales team through sales pipeline
  • Implement best practices across different parties

?30%| Performance Management

  • Develop relevant metrics to track success to defined goals
  • Use performance tracking to implement appropriate changes in targets and operations of sales teams

Skills, Education and Additional Information

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5-7 years of experience
  • Operational experience including developing and continual improvement of complex multi-team workflows
  • Excellent multidisciplinary collaboration skills
  • Analytically minded
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates ability to reach decisions, takes appropriate action and follow through
  • Ability to think creatively and perform quickly
  • Proactive and organized
