Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Growth, the Director, Digital Experience (UX/UI) defines, articulates and executes a vision for user experience and user interface design and develops strategies to achieve that vision. The Director, Digital Experience will develop a clear road map for making CTCA one of the most trusted, informative and effective new patient acquisition web properties in the online healthcare and cancer space. Works closely with Optimization, Insights & Analytics, Media, Engagement, Empowerment, IS and the Creative Services teams to ensure delivery and achievement of CTCA’s Growth goals. Works closely with the regional hospital Growth and clinical teams to ensure our website accurately reflects our clinical offering and is appropriately communicating to the audiences in the respective regions. Responsible for the management and development of the Digital Experience team members.


Key Position Qualifications

  • Minimum of a BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Digital Media Design, CS or related field.  MBA Preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years business experience, with 5-7 years of experience in site design/development
  • Must have 3-5 years management experience
